Marica Montelibano Pidor, RMT

After five months of being hiatus from this blog, I am proudly to inform the universe that I passed the August 2013 Medical Technologist Licensure Examination. It was indeed a divine intervention and a blessing from Above. The exam was held last August 31 and September 1 and my room assignment was in Manuel L. Quezon University, Monsoon Hall.

So this is my verified examination rating and I was surprised because I am such a peanut brain with major subjects. I was expecting that I will fail because one fourth of my time, I just slept. I was extremely sleepy and tired. Moreover, I felt that on the very first subject that I took, all the five months review I had were all gone.

Another good news was that all the first time takers are 100 percent which means the Centennial Batch of Medical Technology in Silliman garnered a hundred percent. Unfortunately, our overall rating was 98.95% because of one retaker who failed to pass the board exam for the second time. Moreover, Silliman University is on the third place of being the Top Performing Schools in Medical Technology.

On the night before the results were published, I dreamed that I passed but I don't want to be competent about it because it was just a dream. I only knew that I passed when Franco called to congratulate me and that's the time I verified his message in the internet. I ran down the stares to wake up my snoring dad and told him the good news. He hugged me and he was happy. My mom was also happy that he called my relatives to tell that I passed.

I thank God, Mama Mary, Papa Jesus, St. Nazarene, St. Jude Thaddeus and San Sebastian for answering my prayers even though I wasn't being a good girl during my Manila stay. Thank you for everything Lord, I owe it up to you.
